Step 1

Contact me to arrange your custom neighborhood / market analysis consultation.  During our visit we'll tour your home and discuss the features you feel set you apart from the competition.  We'll also discuss the items and / or possible deficiencies that could keep you from getting the return you hope to see when your home is SOLD. 

 

I'll provide pricing guidance based on facts not conjecture.  Cosmetic / Aesthetic recommendations will be solely based on buyer expectations and purchase patterns.

Step 2

Now that we've done our homework and arrived at competitive list price...  It's time to PREP  THIS BABY  SOLD!!!

What does THAT mean?  That means we  MUST appeal to the masses!  Give them a front porch they can't wait to step foot on.  Give them an entrance that says "Welcome Home".   Delight their eyes with a stage they can envision  STARING  on.  Kiss their nose with springtime freshness as they enter .... and last but not least;  Ensure a clear path that guides their steps from one room to another,  like a fawn dancing through well manicured woods.

Step 3
It's  SHOWTIME!!!  The stage has been set, the photographer is poised for the perfect shots.  Now we set your expectations for the  UPS  and  DOWNS  of showings!!!  While this is an  EXCITING  time, it can also be a trying time.  But  FEAR  NOT!  You won't have to go it alone!!!
